60kW EV MOTORS

HIGH PERFORMANCE ENGINES
FOR MOTORSPORT

Zytek provides the highest performance 60 kW electric motors for motorsport, offering excellent value per kW.

This system is a derivative of the work that Zytek completed with Honda in Super GT Racing in Japan.

It is more cost effective than the 75 kW system in the terms of pound per kilowatt, though slightly less capable and heavier.

The motor is constructed using proprietary coil compressed technology with a very high copper fill factor enabling very low copper loss.

Very low AC loss within the machine means it can run under very harsh duty cycles for extended periods of time.

Run on engine coolant minimising additional component mass

The system can also be run on engine coolant, so additional low temperatures circuits in the vehicle are not required (simplifying installation). This also minimises the additional mass of components such as additional heat exchangers, coolant pumps, extra pipes etc.
